Deepal Automobile Technology Co., Ltd. (Chinese: 深蓝汽车; pinyin: Shēnlán Qìchē; lit. 'Deep Blue') is an electric vehicle manufacturing company owned by Changan Automobile. The company was originally named Chongqing Changan New Energy Automobile Technology founded in 2018 and became an independent brand since 2023. he first model of Deepal, the SL03 (codenamed C385, later renamed to L07), was introduced in 2022. The current Deepal models used Chang'an EPA NEV platform, separated into EPA0, EPA1 and EPA2.
